Moorer Wins Again; Mesi Next?

Michael Moorer has won his third straight bout since suffering a first-round KO loss to David Tua in August 2002. This time out, the former champ scored a TKO over Jose Da Silva (24-5) when Da Silva failed to answer the bell for the eighth round. Next up for Moorer, now 46-3-1, may be a bout with up-and-coming Joe Mesi. Such a bout might be extremely competitive, despite the fact that the careers of Moorer and Mesi are heading in decidedly different directions.
