Gatti-Dorin: Fight of the Year Candidate?

On Saturday, Arturo Gatti defends his super lightweight title against former lightweight champion Leonard Dorin. Gatti is well known for his careeer of crowd-pleasing fights and Dorin is no slouch in that category either, with highly entertaining bouts against Raul Balbi and Paul Spadafora. In other words, boxing fans are likely in for an action-packed evening that - with any luck - may provide a fight-of-the-year candidate with Dorin taking over the role of Gatti opponent from the retired Micky Ward. If Gatti wins there is talk of a big money bout with Floyd Mayweather.
