Contender Card Set for Oct. 15

Competitors from the first season of The Contender will face-off in a fight card slated for Oct. 15 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Contender champ Sergio Mora will headline in a rematch with runner-up Peter Manfredo Jr.. The undercard will feature Alfonso Gomez vs. Jeff Fraza, Anthony Bonsante vs. Jesse Brinkley and Jonathan Reid vs. Miguel Espino. ESPN, the new home of The Contender, will televise the fights.
