Undisputed Welterweight & Cruiserweight Titles on the Line

Don King and Showtime have the first big fight card of 2006 and it's set for this Saturday night in New York City. In the main event, undisputed welterweight champ Zab Judah will put his titles on the line against unheralded Carlos Baldomir (41-9-6, 12 KOs). Judah needs to take care of business against the 34-year-old from Argentina in order to keep alive a potential superfight with Floyd Mayweather -- tentatively slated for May8. In the co-feature, Jean-Marc Mormeck and O'Neil Bell will meet to unify the cruiserweight title for the first time since Evander Holyfield defeated Carlos DeLeon back in 1988.
