Valuev Crushes Beck!

WBA heavyweight champ Nikolay Valuev (44-0) has successfully defended his title for the first time with a third round blowout of Owen Beck (25-3) in Hannover, Germany. Valuev rocked Beck in the first round, dropped him with a right late in the second and finished him off at 1:44 of the third. After two narrow decision victories, Valuev needed to look impressive against his overmatched opponent. Mission accomplished.
