Olympic Bite Fight . . .

Evander Holyfield showed up at the Olympics to watch some boxing and guess what happened? Believe it or not, a boxer got disqualified for biting his opponent. Holyfield, on the receiving end of the most famous bite in sports history, may have already left the Workers’ Gymnasium before the evening's final bout. If he did, he missed Tajikistan's Dzhakhon Kurbanov get disqualified for biting Kazakhstan’s Yerkebulan Shynaliyev on the shoulder in the third round of their quarter final light heavyweight bout. Kurbanov, who was trailing 12-6 at the time, had already been warned multiple times for shoving and holding before biting - and drawing blood from - his opponent.
