As expected, Povetkin destroyed Rahman in two one-sided rounds in Hamburg, Germany. Rahman's legs wobbled with the first punch Povetkin landed in round one and he had no answer for Povetkin's power shots in rounds two. Referee Gustavo Padilla mercifully waved off the mismatch at 1:46 of round two with Rahman hanging on the ropes and virtually defenseless. Punch stats had Povetkin outlanding Rahman 42-10.
Povetkin, 33, improves to 25-0 with 17 KOs. It's time for him to stop ducking the Klitschkos and fight either Wladimir or Vitali next.
Rahman falls to 50-8-2-1 NC with 41 KOs. He will always be remembered for his one-punch knockout of Lennox Lewis in 2001 ... but he needs to retire. Now.

WBA does that mean Worlds Bullsh*t Association? C’mon Rahman-he’s ready for a rocking chair alongside Holfield-or maybe they could fight each other for the WBA title from their motorized “Rascals”.
WBA is a joke with this whole champ in waiting. Their is only one champion and wladimir is his name.
