Boxing Digest
No sport has more worldwide fans and weaker media coverage than boxing. Consider the relative lack of information in the mainstream media -- newspapers, television and radio. Unfortunately there is no single magazine which comes close to picking up that slack. Boxing Digest, along with Ring Magazine, comes the closest to accomplishing the task. The biggest problem is how dated the material is by the time each issue hits the newsstand (or your mailbox). If you're a true fan you are unwilling to wait for months to get results. If you're not a true fan then you're not reading this magazine to begin with. |
