If Margarito is banned, then the commissions should be fair and equal all around.
If Margarito is banned, then
1) Mosley should be banned for using steroids.
2) Tito Trinidad was caught with illegal hand wraps before the Hopkins fight, a similar situation, he should have been banned.
3) James Toney was only stripped of the heavyweight belt when caught with steroids, he should be banned.
4) Now there are strong allegations of Pacman using steroids, maybe he should be banned.
5) Tyson bit someones ear off and was not banned.
If youre going to pass a death sentence on someones career it should be done fairly and to everyone who has cheated.
Furthermore, Margarito never even entered the ring with the loaded gloves. Yet Mosley and Toney entered the ring on steroids.

Lastly, wasnt Margarito suspended a year for this already? Now you want to add more to his punishment and not give him a license back?
That is just like being sentenced 3 years for a crime, then once you complete that time, the powers that be decide that you need a couple of more years of punishment. That is just BS!!

“strong allegations” does not equate to acceptable evidence to demonise someone. I might shout to the world that Mayweather is gay. That does not necessarily mean it is true. I cannot ban Pacquiao because of allegations on steroid use. He has never been tested positive and there was never any evidence that he is a steroid user.

where is that STRONG allegations? because the mayweathers started it and all of the sudden, other fighters like malignaggi/hatton/et.al. pick it up without any back up except suspicions (it’s all in their mind.
When pacquiao accepted the blood testing style concocted by the mayweathers to hinder the fight to happen, what’s their next alibi? –>No negotiations! and stated that either ARum or Greenburg is lying and history tells us who is a liar (hint Arum). Look who’s talking, we all know beforehand of the much talked about negotiation going on and not a single word from the usually talkative Mayweathers if indeed there was no negotiation going on, they should have told beforehand, but they waited until they have no other excuse not to fight pacman before saying no negotiation ever happened. LIARS. Greenburg has finally spoken and now we know who’s SIDE of the story is not credible.
Again, no evidence or grounds to ban pacquiao, but Margarito was caught red hand. He deserves it (BANNED).
There are so many honorable fighters who have paid their dues and deserve the money, fame, and fortune that go along with fighting Pacquiao. Margarito is not one of them.
